Playlist Title
In this playlist, you will practice making mental money calculations and practice making calculations on paper and pencil.
1. Bus Driver’s Math Game:
- Decide if the person/people getting on the bus are children ($2), adults ($4), or senior citizens ($1) and mentally calculate their fare.
- If they pay their fare correctly, or are over, let them pass, if not, click the “x” and they will pay you the correct amount.
- Each coin has a number on it, which represents dollars.
- Choose “Play Now” to begin.
- Do mental math (no pen and paper) to find the totals for all 10 students in less than 3 min.
- Complete the word problems using pen and paper when needed.
