You should think about the incredibly variety of activity you can do online. The internet is for more than looking at pictures or watching videos. You can CREATE art, music, and entertainment on the internet.


So take a break from pictures. Turn off YouTube. Take a moment to realize the power of the internet, and understand the SUPERPOWERS you hold in being able to CREATE part of the internet.

Think about this -- do you want to sit in front of your computer for 2 hours and do nothing but look and watch? That's like sitting in school for 2 hours listening to a teacher talk!

Instead, you can sit at the computer for 2 hours and interact with technology to create new information. You can create a picture book, create new music, or create graphics. That's like YOU being the teacher in school for 2 hours - you get to create the content. 

Here are 3 tools that do just that. 

In the first, you pick a theme and CREATE a story book of pictures based on that theme.

In the second, you CREATE music on a virtual piano, and add in sound effects.

In the third, you CREATE a word cloud image by copying and pasting text that you write or find online.
