Elements of a Story and Poetry
Playlist Title
- When you enter the site, read the introductions, then click “Tell me a story.”
- Follow along with the text as the narrator reads aloud.
- When the story is finished, there will be prompts to help you continue through the lessons about the parts of a story.
- After you have answered each question, choose “DONE” to check if you were correct or not and then choose “Next.”
- Once you have finished ALL the lessons, click “Test Your Skills” at the top of the screen and follow the directions to take the quiz
- Follow directions as you read and answer questions.
- Look over the story map that was created at the end to review your answers.
- Choose each of the types of poems to review and help create your own.
