Choosing Healthy Foods
Playlist Title
- Click on EASY to begin playing and try to make it to Level 6.
- Click on the food tiles to make a chain of foods that are color coded the same color. Tiles of the same color must be touching in some way. (The color code disappears when you get to the higher levels)
- Each color (green, yellow, red) represent foods that are more or less healthy. Roll your cursor over the tiles to find out the health value of each food.
- Make 5 Go (Green) chains, 5 Slow (yellow) chains, and 5 Whoa (Red) chains before time runs out to win!
- Choose the EASY level to begin playing, but work your way up to the HARD level.
- Drag the healthy foods to your tray or click on them twice.
- Put the unhealthy foods back in the refrigerator.
- If you leave the line early, you have a healthy tray, if it is unhealthy, you will keep heading towards the lunch lady who will eat you.
- Click on TIPS and watch how to make a healthy meal.
- Drag your food onto the plate to create a healthy meal.
- After you make your meal, CLICK I’M DONE!
- Now look at ADD IT UP and see what about your meal is healthy and what is unhealthy.
- See how many stars your meal gets. 5 stars is a winner!
